Use-to-be talented rapper DMX was arrested again today on charges of taking someone’s identity. Your DMX, i don’t think anybody is gonna get him confused with somebody else.

Rapper DMX has been arrested at a Phoenix mall on a felony charge of taking the identity of another.

Phoenix police Sgt. Andy Hill did not have details of the charge, as it stemmed from a Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office case.

The sheriff’s office did not immediately return a request for comment.

Germany’s Next Top Model (Germany needs a top model?) star Gina Lisa has starred in her own sex tape, The Sun has obtained a preview of the tape.

The newspaper, one of the biggest in Germany, obtained footage of the tape and claims it contains scenes of “wild erotic games and unbridled sex”.

Just because we don’t know who she is doesn’t mean the tape wont be awesome. You remember Severina Vučković’s sex tape? I don’t even know who she is but she had the hottest sex tape i’ve ever seen.

The talk around Hollywood is that the movie Dark Knight might break some records this weekend, overtaking Spider Man 3’s record of $151.1 million.

“The Dark Knight,” which features a showdown between Batman and the Joker, a villain reportedly played to perfection by the late Heath Ledger, is evoking whispers that filmgoers will propel it at least past the $100 million mark for the three-day, Friday to Sunday period.

But many say it’s likely to go well past that threshold. Though it could be a tall order, “Dark Knight” might even approach the record of $151.1 million set last year by “Spider-Man 3.”

Lindsay Lohan will be making her return on ABC’s show Ugly Betty. *Yawn* yes it’s a slow news day.

“Lindsay brings a reputation, but I’ve always loved her,” he says.  “I just wanted to meet her, to be in a room with her and see what this is all about.”

He says he recognizes that Lindsay has dealt with her past demons.  “She fell into whatever the typical traps of stardom [are], ” he says.  “I think this is a real great opportunity for her.  I’m really excited.”

Those of us and many of us who have used it privately said we must refrain from it if we’re going to challenge people using it publicly.”

Good news for the fans of Scrubs out there (I’m one of them.) Scrubs has found a new home at ABC but the star of the show Zach Braff will be leaving the show after the new season.
