Lohan’s alleged ex Courtenay Semel has claimed that the ‘Mean Girls’ actress was involved with her before getting involved with Samantha in a lesbian relationship.

“Everyone thinks Samantha is Lindsay’s first lesbian love, but we were very passionate until her fear of being found out drove us apart,” The Sun quoted Courtenay, as saying. “But then Samantha came on to the scene and I was dropped,” she added.
