Lame title i know. I thought about saying something about how releasing sperm is also healthy and these pix of Elisha Cuthbert may also help release that, i’m a classy guy so i’m not really into that sort of thing. Besides teaching Sunday school and saving the occasional blind kids from a burning building i’m pretty normal on the sexual side of things.

Jessica Alba is the sexiest woman in the world, according to a new poll. The Sin City star beat Eva Longoria, Angelina Jolie Scarlett Johansson to the top spot. Keira Knightley dropped out of the top ten after being crowned the winner last year (06) in the vote by British men’s magazine, FHM. The top ten is as follows:
