Miley Cyrus looking, umm, punk rockish

Did I miss some thing? Why dpes this seem to look kinda hot to me? Have I lost it? Am i starting to be into punk rock chicks? I don’t know! But Honestly she still manages to pull this off when pretty much 99% of hollywood would look ugly as sin. Props to Miley. Not sure if its for a movie or what. But its hot.
