Mini-Me has sued TMZ, the internet gossip site (Owned by AOL, Telepictures Productions and Warner Bros which are units of Time Warner) for posting a part of his sex tape on their website.
The actor famous for playing Mini-Me in the Austin Powers films, has sued celebrity website TMZ.com for posting snippets of a sex tape he made with a former girlfriend.
Troyer, 39, filed a $US20million ($20.86million) lawsuit in Los Angeles for invasion of privacy and copyright breach, said London’s Telegraph.
The actor said the tape was stolen and ended up in the hands of Kevin Blatt, the same film producer who distributed a Paris Hilton sex tape.
I was reading TMZ when they posted they was getting sued. Some of the comments had me cracking up. Like one person said “So this will be in small claims court right?” Really funny. You know TMZ knew they would get sued for posting this, then again it’s Time Warner. They make 50.48 Billion a year so do you really think they give a eff about $20 million? Free publicity.
