How could Billy Ray look at Miley Cyrus and tell her she looks beautiful when she was leaving the house? The eyes are freaking me out! I know i shouldn’t call a 15 year old a skank but she’s got the appearance of one.

Yeah, and “society” is responsible for sexualizing children. As with everything else in the world wrong with kids, look to the parent.
