The 32-year-old South African star follows in the footsteps of stunners JESSICA BIEL, ANGELINA JOLIE and SCARLETT JOHANSSON.
Theron, who won an Oscar after making herself ugly for the film Monster, is celebrated in the magazine’s November issue with a sexy photo shoot.
