Amanda Bynes covering her face in public

 Amanda Bynes seems to be hot sometimes other times she’s a complete miss. Perhaps she realized this was one of the days she was frumpy as hell and decided to do the world a favor and keep her face covered. Not sure why she went for the female suicide bomber look instead of some big ass glasses and a sombrero sized hat like some Hollywood people do. But oh well.
