Dakota Fanning looks like a bum

What is with movie stars dressing like they’re broke? Is this how they attempt to fit in with the rest of us? If so, they’re doing a horrible job. Half the time they look like we should throw some change in their coffee cup. Dakota Fanning is a prime example in this photo set.
