When you think of musicals isn’t it usually kinda corny and cheesy? What about a Musical about Nelson Mandela’s life in prison? This is gonna be classic
A leading group of Broadway producers are planning a show that will put to music the story of Mandela’s 27 years in prison and his work with other African National Congress leaders to end apartheid. It will be based on the upcoming memoir Zindzi Mandela, a daughter from his marriage to Winnie Madikizela-Mandela.
How can you do a musical about that? A man in prison for 27 years? I really hope they have him dancing in the cell sad but he’s happy cause he has the art of SONG!
