The former ‘Baywatch’ actress surprised the Playboy magazine mogul by walking into his luxury suite at Las Vegas’ Palms Fantasy Towers hotel in just a pair of high heels.
Pamela - who has graced the cover of Playboy 12 times - then performed a steamy lapdance in honour of Hefner’s 82nd birthday on Saturday.
Why just why? How is that a birthday present?!?
