Ok this confuses me soooo bad. The main one (top far left) i can understand her banging him cause she probably gets the most money (or clothes, cars.) The one that looks old (second from left) probably bangs Hef cause he pays her medication bills. As for Kendra (far right) i can’t figure out, i can’t see her banging Hefner.
