One of the world’s most respected scientists is embroiled in an extraordinary row after claiming that black people are less intelligent than white people.
James Watson, a Nobel Prize winner for his part in discovering the structure of DNA, has provoked outrage with his comments, made ahead of his arrival in Britain today.
More fierce criticism of the eminent scientist is expected as he embarks on a number of engagements to promote a new book ‘Avoid Boring People: Lessons from a Life in Science’. Among his first commitments is a speech to a London audience at the Science Museum on Friday. The event is sold out.
Dr Watson, who runs one of America’s leading scientific research institutions, made the controversial remarks in an interview in The Sunday Times.
Well, he’s made sure of press coverage and maybe even some extra book sales. But he has also made sure his book will be boycotted. What a ******.

Calling people out on spelling something wrong that is clearly a typographical error is so passe. Sorry, I don’t know how to put an accent mark over the ‘e’. Alex, you put an interjection where one should not exist. If you read the Christian bible it talks something about the Garden of Eden being in Africa. Africa is were people originated and everyone on Earth is a descendant of an Africa or ‘black person’. So if everyone is the same, it is impossible for one group of people who have features that are superficially different from another group of people to be more intelligent if everyone ORIGINATES from the same people.

The belief that human origins trace back to Africa is a common scientific theory, but not a Christian one.
In short, no, we are not all descended from a “black person.”
And, even if your the theory that human beings originated in Africa were true (which remains to be proven), it is still possible – probable, in fact – that select groups could be more intelligent than others. When a population is genetically isolated, both “superficially different” features (such as height, skin color, etc.) AND features such as intelligence are changed.
If your theory were true, every couple in the world, regardless of their intelligence, would give birth to children with identical IQs, since they all descended from the original couple.
Right?
WRONG! Everyone with half a brain can tell you that intelligence, like everything else, is largely based on parentage!
I find it ironic that Africa and “the cradle of civilization” has been around for millions of years and they still run around killing their food with spears,wearing leaves for clothes, and living in huts.Meanwhile in less then 250 years look at all we accomplished and invented.If there is not a gap in intelligence then someone please explain the differenct in racial advancement.

Or you can look at what happened to so much of South Africa when terror-driven Israel, U.S., and others forcefully threw out the white government making South Africa a very nice place, and added a whole new government of blacks. Yeah, how did that work out? All the worlds problems can usually somehow find their way back to Israel. And a great deal of the problems in South Africa all these selfish self-fulfilling celebrities like to whine about are the creation of the U.S. government.
oh my God!!! there are people here who are truly ignorant… The statistical fact that blacks are the least “intelligent” among the bigger racial groups is already there for many years now. And the intelligence scale being referred to is the INTELLIGENCE QUOTIENT or IQ… and statistics show that, among the three racial groups (mongoloids or asians, caucasian or white, and negroids or blacks), the asians have the highest average IQ, followed by the caucasians, then the blacks… google it.
But up to now, there are still debates whether IQ really matters, or if this is constant throughout life… but that’s that. Lots of psychological studies have been done and they show the same results…
Now if you want something else, yes, it has also been proven that blacks have most “colossal” dicks! Happy now?
