Doesn’t Britney know it isn’t polite to wear hats all the time, you know what happens to those kind of people? Just ask Fred Durst. I don’t know hats just seem to hide something.

I think the hat is to keep her hair on her head. LOL. She does seem to wear a few hats these days, maybe she has a bald spot.
